When I heard a plea for help from fellow TpT seller, Lindsay Perro, for a precious little 8 month old boy named Deklan I had to respond! Deklan has been diagnosed with SCID which can prevent the body from fighting off an infection such as H1N1 (which he currently has). The disease affects 1 in 50,000 children. Deklan needs a bone marrow transplant to help him fight. The medical bills are expected to be close to $1 million with intensive care, and extended
hospital stays. The transplant itself costs $100,000.
Lindsay has put together a 5th-8th grade math bundle to sell in her store to raise money
